For players & members

Your facility adds you as a member. Sign in with your mobile number and the password your facility shared (or the default they set). Tap <a href='/player/login' class='font-semibold text-lime-400 hover:underline'>Member login</a>. Forgot it? Use Forgot password? to get a one-time code by SMS.

Your member portal

See your membership status and, where fees apply, your month-by-month payment history. Fees are managed by your facility — reach out to them for any correction.

Log a match & see the leaderboard

Open Results, tap Log a match, pick both sides (you don't have to be playing), the winner and an optional score. Your win/loss record and the facility leaderboard update instantly. You'll be warned if the same result was just logged, to avoid duplicates.

Your skill level & badges

Both are earned automatically from your real results — they can't be edited. Your skill tier (Beginner → Intermediate → Advanced → Pro) reflects games played and win rate, and badges mark milestones like your first win or a hot streak. See them on your <a href='/player/login' class='font-semibold text-lime-400 hover:underline'>profile</a>.

Add a profile photo

On your profile, tap Upload photo. It's cropped to a square and shown on your profile, the leaderboard and any record card you share.

Share your record

Every player has a shareable card with their W-L, skill tier and match history — send it on WhatsApp or socials straight from the Results page.

Common questions

I forgot my password

Use Forgot password? on the member login to receive an OTP by SMS, then set a new one. If you don't get the SMS, ask your facility to reset it for you.

How is my skill level decided?

Purely from your logged matches — how many you've played and your win rate. Keep playing and winning and your tier climbs on its own. Nobody (including you) can set it manually.

Can I use the scorers without an account?

Yes — the live scorers & trackers (badminton, cricket, cycling) work with no login. Logged-in members also get a searchable list of facility players.

For facility owners & admins

Create your facility

Sign up in a minute — choose your type (badminton, turf/cricket, pickleball, tuition…). That sets the right terminology and features. <a href='/signup' class='font-semibold text-lime-400 hover:underline'>Create your facility free</a>.

Add your members

From the Admin panel, add members one at a time, or use Bulk add to paste a whole batch of names + mobiles in one go. Each member logs in with their mobile and a default password you can share.

Track fees & payments

Set a monthly fee (or per-member fees), then mark each member Paid/Unpaid per month. Members see their own status and history in their portal — read-only.

SMS reminders & password resets

Top up your prepaid SMS credits to send fee reminders and let members reset passwords by OTP. In India, SMS uses your DLT-approved templates through the sender header.

Court bookings (if enabled)

Publish time slots and let members book. Manage the day's bookings from the Bookings tab.

Reports & collections

The Reports tab shows collections and outstanding dues, exportable for your records.

Your owner profile

Add a photo, keep your mobile current (it's used for login & OTPs), and update your details from your <a href='/admin/login' class='font-semibold text-lime-400 hover:underline'>profile</a>.

Common questions

How do members get their password?

New members start with a default password you set/share; they can change it from their portal, or reset via SMS OTP if your facility has SMS credits.

Why did my OTP / reminder SMS fail?

Usually it's SMS credits or a DLT template not yet mapped to your sender. Check your credit balance first; if the text is approved on the DLT portal it also has to be registered with the SMS provider.

Can I score matches live?

Yes — the cricket & badminton scorers track ball-by-ball / point-by-point and save a shareable card, and results can flow into your members' records.
