Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026. This explains what CourtJunction collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details — your name and mobile number (and email, for facility owners). Your mobile is your login.
- Activity you enter — matches, scores, rides, and payment status recorded by you or your facility.
- A sign-in cookie — a single secure cookie that keeps you logged in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To run your account and show your results, bookings and payment history.
- To send transactional SMS you ask for — fee reminders and password-reset OTPs — through our SMS provider. We don't send marketing texts.
- To create the share cards you choose to share.
Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. A share link you create (e.g. a match, ride, or record card) is public to anyone who has that link. We share data only with the service providers that operate CourtJunction (hosting and SMS delivery), or where required by law.
Your choices
- Update your name, mobile or password anytime from your account page.
- Ask your facility owner, or email us, to correct or delete your data.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When an account is deleted, its personal details are removed; anonymous, already-shared cards may remain accessible via their links.
